|15-08-2019 2 pm| Sperm whales and Atlantic Spotted dolphins

In this first afternoon expedition our sighting consisted of a group of Sperm whales (Physeter macrocephalus) and a pod of Atlantic Spotted dolpfins (Stenella frontalis).

We were lucky to see the whales spy hoping, so we could appreciate their squared heads. They were socializing and that is why we could also see some splashes and tails out of the water.

The dolphins were not very interactive with the boat but we could see them close a couple of times.
