The sun came out and so our team, we went on an expedition that started with the small dolphins and ended with the biggest animal on the planet. It was a long expedition, and everyone on board stood like a true sailor!! Specially the kids!


Thanks to you, we managed to collect data for our monitoring programs, including two encounters with common dolphins (Delphinus delphis) and blue whales (Balaenoptera musculus) on the north coast of Faial. Also a small loggerhead turtle (Caretta caretta). which we collected to measure and assess her status!
