During our morning, while exploring south of Faial, we had an incredible encounter—a Fin whale (Balaenoptera physalus) ! The second-largest animal on Earth, right in front of us.

Its massive body glided through the water effortlessly, surfacing just long enough for us to take in its sheer size. A breathtaking moment we’ll never forget!

Every trip brings new surprises, and we can’t wait for the next adventure! Stay tuned for more updates.

We hope you enjoyed your trip & see you again on another opportunity!
